Service Agreement

By scheduling a service appointment with Peninsula Sub-Zero Repair, you agree to these terms. We provide residential and commercial appliance repair services in Palos Verdes, CA and surrounding areas.

Appointments & Cancellations

We offer appointments between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM daily. We request at least 4 hours notice for cancellations. A diagnostic fee of $89 applies to all service calls and is applied toward the cost of repair if you proceed with the recommended service.

Pricing & Payment

All repair costs are quoted before work begins. You will receive a detailed estimate and must approve the repair before our technician proceeds. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and checks.

Warranty

All repairs performed by Peninsula Sub-Zero Repair include a 365-day warranty covering both parts and labor for the specific issue repaired. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship related to the original repair. The warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents, or power surges; pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair; normal wear and tear; modifications made by others after our service.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service performed. We are not liable for: pre-existing damage to the appliance; food spoilage; damage caused by power surges, flooding, or acts of nature; modifications made by the customer or third parties. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific repair service.
